Contact Us - Please use our Contact Us page to send us a written message. Or you can phone us on +44 (0)1942 888100, Monday to Friday, anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. We are always closed on UK Bank Holidays and sometimes, we'll be away from the phones on normal working days, but we'll call you back if you leave a message for us. Please be aware that if we do call you, our number won't be displayed on your phone. If you use voicemail and your phone is setup to go automatically to voicemail for calls made this way, we'll leave a message for you
My Account - If you had an active profile at our previous store (aaa-racing.com) unfortunately that won't be valid here now. Technically, the way the two stores operate is very different, hence a new profile is required here. You can rest assured that all previous data has been very securely archived, just in case we ever need to refer to it. The good news is, to create a new secure profile is easy and should only take a few minutes. If you're in a rush, you can send an order without creating a profile first (which is known as an anonymous shopper) but once your order is processed by us, you'll only receive e-mails and there's no historical records saved should you wish to access them in the future. We would always encourage you to register a profile before you place an order, but you do have freedom of choice
Online Shopping - Back in 2003, our original online store opened on aaa-racing.co.uk. This was soon re-worked and relocated to aaa-racing.com where it stayed and evolved rapidly over the years. We hope you'll find our latest store simple to use, secure and both auto responsive and device aware. Although we can't hope to keep up with the cutting edge of digital development, we think you should have a pleasant experience on any recent or current type of device / browser / OS combination. Please also read the Product Details section below
Payments - Although we have run an online store since 2003, technology (and security!) has improved dramatically since then, so this is now an easier and much safer process and all pages in our store are secure. This does mean that pages may be slightly slower to load because of their encryption and just occasionally, you may need to refresh or reload a page to see it properly as a result. However, unlike when you are out on track (!) we think you'll always prefer safety over top speed whilst you're here shopping!
Online Payments: This is the most popular choice. Simply place an online order in the normal way but choose 'Global Iris' not 'Phone Payment' during the checkout process. Our store is secure and we are certified PCI-DSS compliant by Security Metrics, the official Global Payments, Global Iris Online Security Partner. Any online payments are processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant Global Iris in association with Realex Payments; not by us. As a result, we never have access to any card details used by you for purchases made online via our store. In addition, we have arranged that card details are never stored by Global Iris, Realex Payments or anybody else, for use on future orders made with us, so you'll always need to provide card details every time you make an order
Telephone Payments: If you prefer to make payments over the phone, you still can. Simply make an online order in the normal way, but choose 'Phone Payment' and not 'Global Iris' during the checkout process. You can then call us to make a card payment or, for the information you need to make a BACS payment, or to arrange a cash payment if you want to collect an order from us in person. If you choose to make a card payment over the phone, we'll use our PCI-DSS compliant Merchant Terminal to process this, which means that this online store is not involved in the payment at all. Again, any card payments made this way, are processed directly by Global Iris in association with Realex Payments; not by us. As with the online payments process detailed above, we have arranged that card details are never stored by anybody, for use on any future orders made with us
Product Details - When you first view a product category within our store, you are looking from the 'Top Level' which displays a list of products, together with minimum information and a product image for each of the products within that category. No matter which of the three different display views you start viewing from (Grid, List or Table, with List being the default site view) choose the product about which, you want more information. Now click the product name or product image and this will take you to the detailed section for that product, where you can see more links to additional information and also gain access to a larger product image and other associated images. Reading full product details first, may possibly answer lots of the questions you have, so it's well worth it
